Yes: There is always a possibility of pregnancy if you are not using some form of protection. Even with a history of irregular periods and, in fact, because of them, you could get pregnant at any time. Please use some form of protection like condoms and spermicide if you don't want to get pregnant and to help lower the risk of sexually transmitted diseases. Good luck !
