Call your Doctor: You are 30 weeks and high risk, you need to be comfortable sending any and all questions to your doctor or midwife. This is a good question here but a risk this is not yeast. Any uncertainty is unacceptable in your situation. If anyone at the other end of the phone acts annoyed with your questions that is their problem, not yours.
