Today i started to feel a tingling sensation in my right cheek for no reason, and when i touch my face it gets stronger. what could it be?

A few things: The truth is, odds are such a sensation may just go away on its own and we will never know why. If it continues to get worse or is associated with an loss of movement or drooping of the face see a doctor asap. There is a phenomenon called trigeminal neuralgia which can cause local numbness on the face and would also be worth having your doctor check out if the sensation continues tommorow.
