Monitoring: For mild mitral stenosis and no symptoms and normal pulmonary pressure we just watch. You need to have regular follow-up with a cardiologist. Once the valve gets significantly stenotic and becomes symptomatic either we perform balloon valvuloplasty or valve replacement. There is no medical therapy to fix it.
