Sharp cramps: You need to do a pregnancy test right away. If it is positive, you need to call your OB and let them know what your symptoms are. If the test is negative, try Ibuprofen and a warm heating pad to see if that brings relief. If to period doesn't start within the next few days, you need to see your obgyn.
