Possibly: Why is half your lip flesh tone? Have you seen a dr. For a diagnosis? Do you have vitiligo? If you have not done so, a diagnosis is imperative. After that is done...Yes, lips can be tattooed and the "light" portion could be filled in to appear pink. Do your homework in finding a tattoo artist in your area that is reputable and has won awards for their quality work. Good luck.
