Many possibilities: It may be anxiety, but you should have non-psychiatric medical problems such as allergies, asthma, an infection, congestive heart disease, etc ruled out first by seeing your medical doctor soon for an appointment. If it is anxiety, your doctor can recommend a therapist or a psychiatrist to help. Smoking marijuana or cigarettes, of course, would make things worse.
