See dermatologist: Can't tell... These might be "blackheads" that simply need to be cleaned out. Or they could be very dark nevi, or moles, that need to be screened for skin cancer. I strongly recommend seeing a dermatologist to take a look and differentiate what it is and treat it accordingly.
