How much do tissue expanders weigh? i currently have 320 cc in each breast.

The expanders themselves weigh very little all the weight is in the volume of saline that has been instilled. 320 cc of saline weighs .68 pounds. So each of your expanders weigh aprox. 0.7 pounds.
