Time and patience: Telogenic hair loss due to stress is a very frustrating phenomenon but a normal process. T tends to follow the stressful event by about four months, is self-limiting and will reverse itself on itsown. Sometimes steroid injections into the scalp may help a bit but basically you need time for the cycle of the hair follicle to 'catch up' and your hair growth will return to normal.
