STDs from oral sex: Assuming your partner(s) are male, the main oral STDs by performing fellatio (giving oral sex) are gonorrhea and herpes due to HSV2. HIV, chlamydia and syphlis are possible but much less common. The main risk to you from cunnilingus (oral-vaginal contact) is herpes due to HSV1. Gonorrhea and chlamydia are possible but rarely transmitted by cunnilingus. No significant risk for HIV.
