CRYING A LOT!: Check what is causing the high fever if he continued to cry especiallyif he does not eat also. You may need to see md to rule out ear infection that causes a lot of earache and hyperpyrexia.

Probable ear infect.: With a fever of -03 and a screaming child one has to suspect an ear infection. Take your child to see the doctor.
