Day 1 next cycle: Since you are in the middle (2 weeks since last period), i would wait until you get your next period and start taking the new pills on day 1 of your cycle. Obviously, use a back-up method of birth control until you start your new pill pack. Combination pills work by blocking ovulation so you should be covered for birth control when you start that pill pack.
