Eyes i have what looks like a blackhead in the corner of my eye what can it be ?

Unsure: A black discolored lesion of the skin, regardless of where on the body, can always raise the suspicion of melanoma, worst-case scenario. I would recommend proper serial/consecutive exams. If the lesion seems to change in size, color, have associated skin ulceration or hair loss or even bleed, then it may need to be biopsied for a definitive diagnosis.
