Dose?: Would depend on dose and frequency. Diazepam has a long half life 30-60 hours and its metabolite desmethyldiazepam may be active up to 100 hours or more. To reach undetectable levels it may take up to 5 half lives which could mean as long as 4-5 weeks.

About 4-7 days: Valium is a long acting benzodiazepine with active metabolites. It gets metabolized by the liver. It's clearance from the body depends on the condition of your liver and the presence of competing substances. Also, detection of valium in the urine is also based on the sensitivity and specificity of the test.
