Dyshidrosis: Read this article http://www.Livestrong.Com/article/77051-dry-skin-hands-feet/ which summarizes the common causes of dry skin on the hands (and feet), treatments, and other important information. Dry skin is usually a temporary condition, and moisturizers can be helpful, as well as identifying the root causes and taking steps to minimize exposure.

Dry skin: Use a mild soap and try not to wash your hand alot. A cream not lotion moisturizer will also help if you apply it at night. During the day you may try a lotion.

Vasoline and gloves: The best I've found is to lubricate the hands at night with Vasoline and then wear cotton or poly gloves over night. Cetaphil lotion during the day. Sauve lotion is also good and non greasy
