Like a period.: Record your temp in morning for a month or two. You will notice rise of temp at ovulation. Ask your parter to maintain abstinence 5-7 days before. Intensify sexual activity- vaginal ( not oral ) three days prior and three days after ovulation. See that no untreated chlamydia problem is existing, or any std.

Yes, like a period: Withdrawal bleeding after progesterone, cleans out the lining in the uterus like a period does. I would consider the first day of withdrawal bleeding to be first day of cycle.
