Yes: Anal sex would not be likely to cause problems for recovery from a hysterectomy. However the top of the vagina will be quite sensitive after the hysterectomy and anal sex is still likely to be uncomfortable because there would be pressure transmitted through the wall of the rectum to the top of the vagina.
