Check your iron: Sometimes, restless legs/ cramping pain on legs at night time during pregnancy is related to iron deficiency. Especially during pregnancy, it is very important to make sure your iron level , folate (folic acid) level are adequate- as they are important for the baby growth/brain and nerve development. Go to see gp or your OB and make sure they check your iron level. Electrolytes abnormality should be considered.
