Depends: Anytime you are pregnant you are concerned. A sore throat without fever is probably no big deal. If the discharge becomes bright red u will need to call your OB if you ate going to lose the baby at this time it is meant to be because there is something wrong with the baby and there is nothing you can do to intervene, no no even bed test . It is normal to have some discharge at this point.
