Likely 2 problems: The fever and sore throat are likely to just be an upper respiratory infection from a virus, like the common cold. Brown discharge though is old blood and bleeding in early pregnancy should always be evaluated. Please see your doctor to have a pregnancy hormone blood test and ultrasound done to ensure that the pregnancy is in the uterus and is developing appropriately.
