My belly is tightening at 19 weeks is that normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Mild cramping intermittently or infrequently in pregnancy is common. Drink plenty of water to reduce dehydration that may increase cramping. If cramping regular, sit and relax. If it resolves easily this is reassuring and may indicate you need to slow down and rest more. If regular, increased mucous discharge, spotting or pressure, see your doctor.
