Hard to say. : Very difficult to answer in specific, but anyone your age with everyday pain for many years has a relatively benign condition. Could be irritable bowel syndrome, h. Pylori infection, hiatal hernia, gastroesophageal reflux disease or a variety of other lesser conditions.
