No.: Proper foreskin hygiene will ensure you won't have foreskin problems later on, such as phimosis. Buildup of smegma can lead to inflammation and fibrosis of the foreskin. Make sure with each bath/shower, you pull the foreskin all the way back, cleanse thoroughly, fully dry the foreskin, then reduce the foreskin back over the glans.
