What are the risks involved in using accutane including side effects ann well as long term?

Well-known: You must not become pregnant while taking this medicine because it damages the unborn child. I am not convinced that it's caused inflammatory bowel disease / crohn's, but this is being litigated. Whether it causes depression is undecided but hopefully it can be discontinued if there are signs. I think it's often worth the risk. The decision should be yours.
