Why do cancers get metastasized to specific organs only?

Many reasons: This is a complex question. If we knew all the answers, we would be much more effective at preventing & treating metastases than we are. It has to do with the blood flow patterns (most intestinal cancer spreads to liver) and the presence of growth factors that are present in certain tissues. Also, tumors like to try to evade the immune system as well.
