A member asked:

Is it possible for cancer to metastasize throughout the whole body without attacking any organs?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It depends: Certain cancers have favorite locations in the body that they tend to metastasize to, and some cancers rarely metastasize, but prefer to do their nasty work more locally. But no, to answer your question, cancers are very unlikely to be all over the body but do no damage.
