Thorough History.: How about just a little more information. Type of pain, duration, onset, constant or intermittent are just a few examples of important information. If you have general medical conditions, how well are the conditions being controlled would help. Diabetes and obesity may play a role in the pain you are having, but a thorough evaluation is needed.
