Diverticulitis?: Left lower quadrant pain typically indicates inflammation or infection of the descending colon. However, traveling left kidney stones can give you similar symptoms. Please consult with your physician. Fever and chills, painful bowel movement and urination will indicate urgent symptoms. Bloody urine or stools need emergent evaluation.
