?: I don't understand your question. It doesn't make any sense. Masturbation has nothing to do with virginity. And it's not a disease or condition so what symptoms would there be?

No and none.: Strictly speaking, loss of virginity comes only from sexual intercourse. There are some cultures, however, that value an intact hymen as a sign of virginity. The hymen can be broken with penetrative masturbation or through normal physical activity. In these traditional societies, a broken hymen or a lack of bleeding with first intercourse might be considered signs that someone is not a virgin.
