Testing is required: Testing is always required for diagnosis of hiv. If you have had unprotected sexual relations and suspect an infection, then the next thing to do is go to your doctor or find a free sexual health clinic that can provide testing.

Unlikely but...: Receiving oral sex is unlikely to transmit HIV to you, but for your own peace of mind, ask for a good test, perhaps even the relatively-pricey viral pcr. Good luck.
