Deep wounds: Those are pretty deep wounds. You should probably be seen for these, which is what i would recommend. Use antibiotic ointment of your two choices. Cover with something clean and for goodness sake, get seen by a clinician.

Superfast healing: The real question is what not to do that slows down healing. Avoid using alcohol, peroxide, hibiclens, betadine, and bleach solutions. Inflammation ( red, hot, swollen, tender) is important to healing so anti-inflammatories (motrin, advil) are bad. Cover the area with a clean dressing and antibiotic ointment changed every other day and protected from trauma.
