Yes.: In men the testicles produce more then 90% of testosterone, which is the hormone for sex drive, and sexual features in men, with an injury, that production can decline. Also, the the penis and associated structures are located in the same area. So, an injury can lead to swelling of the urethra which can block outflow of urine. If this is a problem, get into your primary care provider.
