Sometimes: Most cerebral aneurysms are congenital in origin and rarely multiple unless you have an underlying genetic condition. If they did a full angiogram in the past, they would have looked at all the vessels. If they did not, you should get one. Smoking is the biggest risk factor for developing cerebral aneurysms.
