A mild headache: isn't really a reason to raise a red flag for brain aneurysm or brain tumor. Try not to fret.

Brain aneurysm: Extremely low changes. With no family history, no smoking, and no high blood pressure the chances of developing an aneurysm or brain tumor is less likely than other more common conditions such as diabetes or high blood pressure. Live life in moderation, make exercise a daily habit and eat a healthy balanced diet.
