A member asked:

I have fluid in my ears and will going on a plane this sunday, what do i do?

Saline/decongestant: You might try nasal saline spray/irrigation which may help to clear out the fluid. Sometimes an oral decongestant (like sudafed) can be helpful for some people. Chewing gum on the plane can help the feeling of increased ear pressure.
