Possibly: Untreated rosacea can, eave you with prominent and visible telangiectasias (spider veins). On the nose, it can be associated with permanent changes known as rhinophyma (see picture).

Rosacea: If left untreated rosacea can potentially scar the skin or lead to skin hypertrophy (thickening) especially on the nose although this is rare in women.
