Depends: Sometimes the cervix can look blue in early pregnancy, so a doctor might see that and ask. Also some offices will do a pregnancy test prior to the colposcopy and/or review what birth control is being used. If you think you might be pregnant discuss that with your doctor prior to the colposcopy. If you are pregnant that might change what your doctor does.
