Yes, you can: Topamax (topiramate) should be slowly titrated down by 50mg every 3 days and should never be abruptly discontinued. Side effects may include nausea, confusion, drowsiness and weakness, especially in older patients. Rec.: see your prescribing physician for medication adjustment.
