I started breaking out in hives around my torso mostly and have itchy prickly feeling, is it the ropinirole?

Possible: Ropinrole has a ton of adverse effects so the only way to know is stop it for 2 weeks, then restart. If hives go away with stop and come back with restart then u have ur answer. If never go away, then it is not the ropinrole.
