Heel pain: This could be something called planter fasciitis. The first thing i would do is to apply ice to the area and perform stretching exercises to see if this decreases your symptoms. If your symptoms remain i would see your podiatrist for further evaluation.

See below: Could be plantar fasciitis, or heel spur. Try ice for 30 min, aleve (naproxen) twice a day and an over the counter orthotic.
