Foreskin should B OK: Foreskins do not wear down. Foreskin can be pushed back, but if too tight may remain "stuck" behind glans. This is paraphimosis and needs urgent attention, hence foreskin should always be pulled back over glans. You may need to consult a urologist or else send us a photograph of your penis for us to review privately so we can comment upon it in confidence.
