Probably not: A pacemaker is inserted during a minor surgery. You will feel it, of course, until the surgery heals. Most people after a few weeks are no longer aware of their device. However, a paced beat is somewhat different than your normal heart beat, and a very small percentage of people will be able to feel a difference in their paced beats compared to their normal hear beat.
