As an ortho, no: After u have been in an mva, there are a lot of hormones released due 2 the trauma and this may bring on a girls period. If this is a normal period 4 u & not a heavier flow than usual, i would feel u should not worry. However a call or visit 2 ur pcp or gyn, especialy if there is a drastic diff from usual or prolonged.
