As someone who has recently joined the ranks of the lactose intolerant, why can't i digest cooked eggs?

No lactose in eggs: Eggs don't contain lactose, The white is all protein and the yellow is mostly fat containing healthy omega three fats. I don't see a connection to milk sugar ( lactose ) here. However, you might have a sensitivity to egg white or the fat in the eggs.
