Neti pot: Not sure you can avoid getting lint in your nose. The nose helps filter out the air you breathe in, so if you get stuff in there, you can gently blow into a tissue. If you feel the need, you can get a neti pot from the drugstore to rinse out your sinuses. Make sure you use sterile water and premixed packages of salts.
