A member asked:

Is the pain in my shoulder a serious problem?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Could be: This is a very vague question. It really depends on what type of pain you are having, the location and quality of the pain, etc. If you tore your rotator cuff this can lead to permanent deficits in terms of strength and function. If you have concerns i would see your doctor and discuss this further.
