Nothing: There isn't anything to do about an exposure to saw-dust/sanding after it's done. When you do that sort of work in the futuer, you should wear a mask and have good ventilation. One episode of that exposure is not likely to cause you any problems unless you have asthma and it triggers a flare-up.
