If the hospital uses what is left of a snipped off sterile saline bottle to irrigate a patients trach could that patient get acinetobacter?

Not standard of care: Present required standard of care in all us hospitals is that any bottle or bag of saline is never used for more than one patient. Saline should be discarded between patients, but, can be kept for use in the same patient, i.e. Tracheostomy irrigation provided sterility is maintained.
