Don't worry: Your uterus is now sufficiently large that it is exerting significant pressure on sensitive pelvic tissue that is not used to having such pressure applied. Moreover, as your baby moves in your womb, the pressure points may change. You can help the situation somewhat with a good maternity belt, which will help support the "load", and by avoiding prolonged standing.
